Andrea Bercich

Andrea's interest in Real Estate was born from her very first summer job while home from college at General Motor's Real Estate Division, called Argonaut Realty. Even though it was in an accounting job to further her eventual degree in Business Administration, and later, her Masters in Finance, that fell way to the desire to work on real estate transactions. Eventually, she left the corporate world to join a small real estate team where she was mentored, and then went to work at a developer's office and established her own real estate brokerage firm, Bercich Realty.

In 2020, she joined Pilot Property Group as an Associate Broker, which was a natural fit. Andrea worked the 'east side' leasing and sale market and cooperated with Pilot's crew on many transactions. It was an easy transition and allowed her to concentrate more on the brokerage side of the business by getting assistance on the administrative side of things. The values of the firm mirrored those of her own: knowledge in real estate negotiations, integrity, honesty, and trustworthiness.

Andrea is a Realtor Member and has a long list of clients who have been with her through the years, which is proof of the loyalty that is inspired by going above and beyond to satisfy both clients and customers.
