Joseph G Pellerito

Joe has been working exclusively in the commercial real estate field for over 26 years. He has extensive commercial real estate experience having completed over 350 transactions in his career. His primary area of focus is in industrial and office leasing and sales. He has combined his legal background and knowledge of contracts with his negotiation skills to assist a diverse group of clients in achieving their commercial real estate goals.

After graduating from Wayne Law School in 1989, Joe began his commercial real estate career with Schostak Brothers & Company specializing in office leasing and sales. He then worked for Noble Realty and Grubb & Ellis before forming his own firm, Pellerito Properties, Inc., in 1994. While managing PPI for ten years, Joe became versed in all areas of commercial real estate. He furthered his experience while at the national brokerage firm of Lee & Associate for an additional ten years. The experience gained at the these firms has given Joe expertise to assist his clients from the early planning stages, through the marketing of properties, to the negotiating and closing of transactions in a knowledgeable and professional manner.
